Which CBD oil percentage is right for me?
When using CBD oil for the first time, it can be difficult to determine which CBD oil percentage is most suitable for you. The effect of CBD oil can differ per person. Therefore, there is no set CBD percentage that is right for everyone.
If you are new to CBD oil, it is advisable to start with a lower percentage CBD oil, such as 5%. That way you can slowly get used to the effects of CBD. You can always experiment with a higher percentage of CBD oil later, if desired.
Keep in mind that taking more does not necessarily give a better effect. Especially with stress and anxiety complaints, a lower dose often works better.
Dosage
Start with a low dose of CBD oil and build up slowly depending on your individual needs and response. One suggestion is to start with one drop at a time. For example: one drop in the morning, one drop in the afternoon and one drop in the evening. Gradually the dosage can be increased until the desired result is achieved.
Give your body enough time to get used to the CBD oil, ideally for at least two weeks. If there are no noticeable effects after this period, the dose can be further increased.
