How do you use the CBN oil?
Our CBN oil is sold per 10 ml, which amounts to approximately 250 drops. Each drop contains approximately 4 mg of CBN, along with hemp seed oil. It is advisable to shake the bottle briefly before use. Then you take 2 to 5 drops under the tongue. Let the drops rest for a minute and then swallow, followed by a sip of water.
It is recommended to take the CBN oil up to 3 times a day, but the dosage and frequency can be adjusted individually. If this is your first time, start with small amounts and gradually build up in small increments. During this period, it is important to remain attentive and observe the effects of the CBN oil on your body and mind so that you can determine the most appropriate dosage and frequency.
