We love to pack your order as soon as possible to have it delivered to you. Orders placed on working days before4:00 pmare done, we try to ship the same day. This is not always possible, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order can take a little longer (and we are only human). Should you
shipping is delayed for whatever reason, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
If for any reason something is wrong, please let us know. We are only a small company and are therefore always flexible in a solution.

Postage costs
All prices quoted are exclusive of shipping costs. We always try to find a happy medium in shipping costs, because no one likes to pay shipping costs ;).
The shipping costs are:
€3.95for orders under€45,-, then FREE.
€5.95 Belgium and Germanyfor orders under€45,-, then FREE.
NB! PostNL will return uncollected packages that are kept at PostNL or Pakje convenience locations after 7 days.
Unfortunately we have to pay the actual shipping costs of € 5.87 again
charge for sending. The costs of the return shipment will also be calculated, but we will pay for those.
Returns/Exchange
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided that the seal has not been broken. If the seal is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 5.95 per package. You will receive a return label from us, which is cheaper for you than buying a parcel stamp yourself.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.

As soon as we have received your package (part of) the order amount will be transferred to you. This is usually done within one working day.
